Detailed Product Description
Split Solar Water
Heater
This high efficiency vacuum tube
split pressurized solar water heater contains almost everything
needed for a solar hot water heating system. It can be easily
integrated with your house, the solar collectors can be installed
on general different type of roofs, and tank can be placed anywhere
as you like.
The JINYI Solar JHC Range of vacuum tube heat pipe solar collectors
offer excellent value as they have both a very low cost per kWh of
output and a high efficiency. The collectors are also very easy to
transport and handle as the tubes can be disconnected from the
manifold of the collector.
The split pressurized
solar water heater contains:
Solar thermal collector (evacuated
tube or flat plate) which absorbs solar radiation (sunlight) and
changes it into heat;
Circulating pump which transfers
the heat from the collector to hot water in a storage
tank;
Solar hot water tank accumulates
the hot water produced by solar energy so that it can be stored for
use when needed;
Accessories which ensure the
regulation and the safety of the system;
Back-up heater (gas, oil, or wood
fuelled boiler, immersion heater or heat pump) which will bring the
hot water to the temperature required when there is not enough
sunlight to do so (mostly in winter).
In most area, solar collectors
alone cannot provide all the hot water for a household's needs
throughout the year. Correctly sized they will supply 60% of heat /
domestic hot water needs. They are normally installed in
conjunction with a conventional back-up heating system.
Solar thermal collector evacuated tubes collect and convert
sunshine energy into thermal energy, which is transferred to the
central heat pipes in the tubes through the aluminum fins bridging
the tube inner surfaces and the heat pipes. The copper heat pipes
have tiny amount of purified water sealed in them at depressurized
condition. When heated, the water inside the heat pipes vaporizes
at low temperature (about 30 deg. C). The vapor (steam) rises to
the pipe tips inserted into the water contained in the tank. Vapor
is cooled down and becomes condensate falling to the bottom of the
pipes. By continuously circulating this way, heat is carried from
outside to the water inside the tank.
