The cement pipe making machine of centrigual type LWC Series is a specialized construction machine of reinforced concrete pipe and prestressed concrete pipe. The machine is simple in operation, safty and convenient, good reliability, high rate of finished products, making standard pipe, and high strength, etc. It can produce the concrete cement pipe of 200-800mm in internal diameter and 3000-5000mm in length with kinds of connection of the end. The pipe can be applied to such all aspects as draining off water, sewer pipe, farmland irrigation, highway culvert, deep well, etc
Ⅰ.Basic principle:
Utilizes the centrifugal force made from the pipe die rotation. The centrifugal acceleration was from the high speed rotation of the pipe die and the bottom rolls. So the concrete materials will get together to the inner wall of the mould. At the same time, drains off the air and unwanted water, make the concrete materials shape into a pipe with high intensity.
