PLD concrete batching machine is a kind of biggish automatic batching equipment. The machine adopts electronic weigher to weighing and control by computer. It can be operated by wired remote control. It can carry out batching procedures automatically of sand, macadam four kinds of aggregate.
The characteristic of machine is: That feeding devices line. The gateway of feeding device adopts pneumatic mode and control the feeding speed by the opening of the gateway. The feeding device and weighing system are combination structure, the store hopper and frame is connected by gemel. It is easy to disassemble, assemble and transport. The weighing mode is accumulation principle and it is more accurately. It adopts unique hanging sensor for weighing directly and the weighing structure mode has winned country patents.
The machine can be used as facility concrete plant, which is applied with JS2000 concrete mixer. It is ideal concrete equipment for building project, building ground and precast product factory.
