Feature of WLLM90-1500 High-Speed Paper and Plastic Coating Machine
1. With high automation: the whole process from unwinding of raw material to coating and winding is performed by the advanced electric and mechanism devices, PLC Controller, and man-machine interface;
2. Pneumatic auto-rectifying for unwinding, and the tension of the unwinding is controlled by PLC, which ensures smooth unwinding in high speed;
3. High winding and changing coil speed;
4.The speed of extrusion and forming are both controlled by PLC; and the clutch of forming rollers is pneumatic controlled;
5. With water circulation cooling structure in the molding roller, silicone roller and assistant cooling roller to ensure the good coating effect;
6. Automatic coil changing without speed reducing.
