Rubber Mixing machine is mainly applied for plastic, warming and mixing rubber. Mills can be designed with overturning equipment(rubber blender) for speeding up rubber, plastic mixing.
1. This Rubber mixing machine mainly works for thermal refining, mixing and plastic of raw rubber etc.
2. The rolls of this machine are made of cold hard cast iron LTG-H, whose surface rigidity can reach HS68-75. There are three types of roll, such as cored smooth roll, cored fluted roll, circumferentially drilled smooth roll. The roll adopts double auto-centering rolling bearings, which are lubricated automatically by thin oil.
3. The Rubber mixing machine reducer has hard tooth surface. All the drive gears of reducer are concentrated inside the case, which is well lubricating with spray type and has long service life.
