Detailed Product Description

Rubber tiles vulcanizing machine is column structure, each vulcanizing machine only need a workers operation, with a manual push-pull mold device, the mold can be moved in and out from the vulcanizing machine and high production efficiency. This vulcanizing machine is similar to ordinary column vulcanizing machine, composed of hot plate, up and down platform, hydraulic cylinders, piston, electric control system, and the push-pull mold devices.

Hot plate material is Q235, after casting through annealing to eliminate internal stress.

The up and down platform material is Q235, after casting through annealing to eliminate internal stress.

Cylinder using QT500-7 (can use ZG270-500 according to customer’s requirements), plunger of HT200, plunger is of chilled alloy cast iron, sealing structure is double seals plus the combination of a dust ring structure to ensure the long-term use.

The push-pull mold device fixed to the columns of the vulcanizing machine, does not affect the using.  Above the moulds with the bearing can be movements of the push-pull molds.

3. The vulcanizing press through a 24-hour pressure test, pressure maintaining to detect the cylinder plunger bearing capacity to ensure that no oil spill, no oil leakage, avoid unnecessary equipment quality troubles for customers.
