Duplex semi-automatic rubber vulcanizing press is made of two host vulcanizing machine, one hydraulic station and the whole base, each vulcanizing machine composed of hot plate, up and down the platform, hydraulic cylinders, piston and other components.

The hot plate is made of Q235; eliminate internal stress after casting and annealing, it can according to customer’s requirements using dual sizing rolls and processing by 35# steel plates through normalization treatment.

The material of the upper and lower platforms for Q235, eliminate internal stress after casting smoldering Q235 steel welding production according to customer requirements, as a whole into the furnace for heat treatment after welding, the complete elimination of welding stress, then machining to ensure that the use of the process does not distort .

The material of the hydraulic cylinder is Q235 and the piston is HT200, it can also design according to customer’s requirements using Q235 steel welding, after welding the whole into the furnace for heat treatment, completely eliminate welding stress, and then machined to ensure that not deformed.

The electric control system can be full-automatic and semi-automatic type.
