Large Mixing Mill With Hardened Gear Reducer

1. Fuction
It mainly works for thermal refining,mixing and plasticizing of raw rubber etc.

2.Structure Characteristics
The machine mainly consists of machine body,drive system,nip adjusting device,safety&emergency stop device,roll temperature adjusting device,lubrication system,rubber stooper&accepter device and electrical control system etc.
Roll:It is made of cold hard cast iron LTG-H,whose surface rigidity is HS 68-75.The working surface is well grinded and machined.The roll adopts double auto-centering rolling bearings,which are lubricated by lubrication grease.
Drive system:The reducer has hard tooth surface.The motor is connected with reducer by elastic shaft coupling.The reducer structure type is double out shaft transmission,which is connected with front and back rools bu universal shaft coupling of nylon stickpin.All the drive gears of reducer are concentrated inside the case,which is well lubriated with spray type and has long useful life.
Main parts:The hard tooth surface reducer,roll and bearings are well-known brand products in domestic and abroad,the main electric parts such as PLC,etc adopt famous brand products in domestic and abroad.

Remark:Available rolls types:cored smooth roo,cored fluted roll,circumferentially drilled smooth roll.
