Devulcanizer Tank:
Use: This desulfurization tank is mainly used for desulfurization of recycled rubber in the process of producing reclaimed rubber.
Character:
1. The new technology of dynamic desulfurization tank is one of the world's most advanced production methods to produce recycled rubber, and its character is as follows: (1) no "three wastes " pollution; (2)low energy consumption; (3) small investment; (4) low cost; (5) good quality; (6) it can produce a variety kinds of recycled rubbers (eg latex, butyl rubber and latex etc), especially compared to the static water oil method, it has more advantages.
2. Our factory produced DT series dynamic desulfurization tank using jacketed heat transfer method and high temperature heating oil conducting oil circularly, making waste natural rubber reducing the time of regeneration of desulfurization from more than 10 hours to 3-4 hours, and desulfurization temperature can reach 200-210 ℃, it can reduce energy consumption by more than 20% compared with static water oil method.
