Rubber Crumb Machine:

1. This Rubber Crumb Machine including main machine and accessorial equipment, it is used for recycling scrap-tire (steel tyre and textile tyre), the final product is rubber powder or reclaimed rubber

2. The magnet separator and granulator grinder for Waste Tyre Recycling Line is optional.

3. The investment on this Waste Tyre Recycling Lineis small and the footprint is small. It is easy to operate, only need 5 workers.

XKP400 rubber crusher:
Output: 5000-6500kg/24 hour for about 28 mesh granule.

XKP450 rubber crusher:
Output: 8000-9500kg/24 hour for about 28 mesh granule.

XKP560 rubber crusher:
Output: 11000-13500kg/24 hour for about 28 mesh granule.

5. You don`t need the Granulator Grinder if your final rubber powder is less than 30 mesh. But we need it if the powder bigger than 30 mesh and the number of this machine depend on the output.
