12v Lead-acid Battery Charger Instruction

The improper Charge/Discharge maintenance of Lead-acid battery cause enormous abandoned resources waste and environmental pollution. The charge current of Li-ion battery must be controlled precisely, otherwise, the slightest mistake will guide an explosion caused by high temperature of the battery. This charger adopts a microcontroller to control the switching power, applicable for rated frequency AC50 / 60Hz, rated insulation voltage AC500V, rated working voltage AC180-240V power grid, rated output current DC3A-40A. This charger series, used in yacht, ships, electric cars, electric bicycles, UPS, generator to charge and maintain the Lead-acid battery , mainly possess the following features:

1:

The charger successfully achieve the safe and effective maintenance of lead-acid battery, extending battery life and reduce battery waste, giving full satisfaction to energy-saving and environmental protection.

The improvement of voltage control accuracy, on one hand, it solves the problem of prophase capacity loss(PCL) and product heating caused by the inaccurate current density. On the other hand, it realize the intelligent central management of multiple battery parameters, which could avoid the safety problems of over charge/discharge, effectively increase the fault- free working time , extend battery life

3:

The hardware monitor instrument has self-protection function of short-circuit, overloading and thermal, which is the same with software charger. Nevertheless, the level of software is lower than the hardware. Besides, the software could identify whether the polarity of battery is correct or wrong. when the battery is wrong , it will refuse to connect with relay, saying the charger is not able to output voltage and current.

4:

When the charger adopts the charging technology 'pulse function', it will add some negative pulse the deal with polarization, acting a role of fast charging without heating the battery. in the process of charging the battery ,the charger repair and maintain the battery accurately, saying it has battery capacity automatic recovery function; (Note: not suitable for using as a professional repair instrument).

5:

The Software monitors the temperature of key components (transformers, heat sink), under abnormal temperature circumstances, it will reduce the output power. If it failures to reduce the temperature, the power will be cut off to avoid damaging the monitoring instrument.
