Description:

• Automatic fiber filling machine QL005 is mainly used to pack the opened fiber into a bag to be ready to sell to other customers and transport to necessary area.
• It assembled with fiber opening machine and a fiber transporter and double units packing device.
• It can be used for nylon bag, PVC bag, woven bags that both airing and non-airing bags.
• Usually we use by 80*250mm or 120*200mm, it can be contain 20kg/bag and can be finished within 3min.
• The whole line can be adjusted by PLC control system.
• The filling time can be already set up from the control screen according to the weight and bag size.
