Description:

• Automatic ball fibre filling machine QL005-B is mainly used to fill ball fibre into a bag that can be ready to sell to other customers requires small quantity daily time.
• The machine can be arranged for non-airing bag such like plastic bag, also airing bag such like plastic woven bag.
• The filling device diameter can be produced by clients requires.
• PLC control system that can be handled by only 1 person working for the filling device, as the whole bale raw material can be already contained by the bale opener and sent to the ball fiber machine belt automatically
• The filling time can be already set up from the control screen according to the weight and bag size against the testing data.
• The client can order the ball fiber machine for 1 or 2 pieces according to the capacity requirement.
