Water lamp- Light up the slums with free cost.

    According to British media reports, the Brazilian engineer Alfredo Mosier use the plastic bottle, 

water and bleach to designed the world's most affordable "water bulb", Taken the living facilities to 

thousands of residents in the slums of Brazil. 

    This “water lamp” is almost free cost. A plastic bottle, full of the water. Then add some bleach. 

The “water lamp” has been the main lighting tools for the people here. And one “water lamp” = 

30-40W  fluorescent lamp.

    The plastic bottle is the discarded Coke bottle, the water is the normal one for our living use, 

When full of the water of this bottle, it add two lid of bleach to prevent the algae get green by the 

sunshine.

     The installation costs is also free. If your roof was the tile, just take one piece of the tile make it 

form a hold. Then put the 1/3 of the bottle out of the hole and fixed with the patch. The simple “water

 lamp” has been finished.
