EVA (PE) Second Foaming Press is used for EVA,PE,PVC high multiple foaming and forming,the foaming is 25~45 times.
Structural Features
1. High efficiency: uses special steel pipe to make heating plate, large thermal conductive area, rapid heating and cooling and its efficiency is 20% higher than the same kinds of products.
2. Consumption material saving: after grinding of shape-bored steel plate, which is smooth and polished, and 30% of release agent can be saved.
3. Steam saving: the machine set uses ther- mai keeping design and a thermal isolation cover is formed around the machine set, thus 20% of steam can be saved.
