The good quality of thread rolling die needed the superior tool steel as element and raw material. We choose the named tool steel SKD11 (JIS), 1.2379 (DIN) the raw material after threaded by Heating department with vacuum and oil heat treatment hardening furnace will render thread rolling die high rigidity and high wear-resistance. 

The thread rolling time from by the SWIS REIHSAUER thread grinding machine, and final with the progress of tempering to reduce grinding stress. After the examination by profile projector, the rollers are sold to the customers.
