Switch Description:
POLARIS-KEYPAD can produce the membrane switch with
silicone rubber keypad as the operation buttons. This kind of product has very
good touch feeling. Rubber keypad is tough and tensile. Can do laser etching, PU coating, paint, epoxy on its
surface.
The structure of this kind of product usually is overlay + rubber adhesive
+ rubber keypad + rubber adhesive + dome retainer + adhesive
+ circuit layer + rear adhesive; or rubber keypad + rubber adhesive + dome
retainer + adhesive + circuit layer + rear adhesive;
Main Material:
1) rubber keypad: usually 50-60° silicone
material, color can be black, semi-transparent; Can print the colors as per
customer's request; Can do the laser etching, PU coating, painting, epoxy on it;
2) overlay: Autotype PET, PC;
