PCB type Membrane Switch Description:

POLARIS-KEYPAD provides our customers printed circuit board(PCB) type membrane switches. On this kind of product, the PET circuit layer replaced by the PCB. The PCB can be single layer, double sided or multi-layers. But POLARIS-KEYPAD suggests the PCB not over 4 layers. 

On the PCB type membrane switches, we also can solder resistors, capacitors, triodes and other electronic components on it. 

Sometimes the customers couldn't provide the Gerber file for the PCB circuit, then our engineers can help customer to design the Gerber file. 

The PCB circuit also can be assembled under the rubber keypads. If PCB assembled under the rubber keypad, there will be two methods to make the conductive connection. One is use the carbon pills and the other one is by metal domes;
