Herbal Grinder

Operation Principle:

The material would be impacted, crushed and sheared by the rotor and stator inside the air classifier mill. The strong air flow would bring the grinded material into the classifying house. The machine is installed with high-speed classifying wheel. Fine powder would go into bag filter through classifying wheels (or combs), while coarse powder falls back to the milling cavity to be grinded again. The fineness of the final product can be varied by adjusting the feed speed and classifying speed.

Characteristics:

- The optimum impact angle and impact speed are the result of the perfectly tuned geometries of the beater and peripheral grinding track.

- The peripheral grinding track is a single piece, not assemble of segments, so that it is easy and fast to clean the grinding chamber.

- Easy access to the grinding chamber and classifying chamber enables the simple cleaning and maintenance. When the hinged mill lid is opened, the grinding and classifying parts are all accessible. The machine can be opened as often as necessary without having to inspect or readjust the space in the classifying wheel.
