Superfine Powder Classifier

Material would flow into the classifying house from the inlet belwo under the suction of fan. Particles are seperated by the centrifigual effect caused by turbo wheel of classifier. Ost of fine powder will flow into the dust collector through the vane gaps of classifying wheels while coarse powder and some fine pwoder will drop. But they will be seperated by the secondary air stream, fine powder goes up to classifying house for secondary classificaiton and coarse powder drops to bottom and then be discharged through the outlet. Horizontal classifying wheels can achieve accurate top point cut and final product will contain few big particles. We can adjust the rotating speed of wheels and air volume to get various fine powder.
