Operating principle
Air classifier works with air compressor, nitrogen generator,
moisture remover, cooling system, pressure gauges, oxygen content
meter, to offer anti-oxidization classifying system for the
superfine pure metal powder production.
Performances and features (FW/HTS series air-stream
classifier)
-Suitable for accurate classification of dry micro-products with
spherical, needle-like or piece shape and different densities.
-Particle size: D97:2-150um, adjustable ad changeable.
-Classifying rate: 60%-80%.the better the fluidity is, the
higher the classifying rate is, otherwise it is low.
-Horizontal classifying turbo-wheel, high rotating speed,
accurate top point cutting.
-To connect with ball mill, vibration mill and rolling mill to
form a closed circuit.
-PLC control system, real-time operation and simple
operation.
-Running under negative pressure. Throughput of dusts is less
than 40mg/m3. Noise is lower than 75dB (A) during
silencer.
