Quartz Mill System
The feed product has to be pre-crushed into < 5 mm, better
< 3 mm and dried to < 0,2 % H2O.
We use stearic acid for coating in flake or power condition.
Special equipment design for micronized quartz/silica
processing based on many plants around the world.
The feed product gets fed out of the feed silo into the ball
mill.
We use a grate wall discharge mill with D/L of > 2.
During grinding we add a grinding aid of 0,3 - 0,8
