Within this broad range, the creamers have specific characteristics depending on your needs e.g. solubility, even in cold water, foaming properties, extra stability in hard water, at high temperatures at various pH values.

Of course the whole range has a perfect wet-ability and solubility in hot drinks, consistent bulk density, excellent flowing properties, optimal whitening capacity, a milky flavour and good mouth-feel.

The protein content, fat type and fat content can be varied according to customer specifications. Ideal for vending and in beverages.
