4.Standard testcondition
1) Testing condition: normal temperature:25℃, voltage:5V
Put tempertaure and humidity module in 20%RH below humidity environment for 30minutes.Then put it in testing humidity environment for 15 minutes to testmodule voltage.

5.ReliabilityTest

No,Item, Way, Requirment

1)      Impact test: make the sensor fall free form onemeter height to hard wood flooring three times. If the sensor is without bebroken or destroy, the electrical property is ok.
2)      Vibrating test: vibrating in X-Y-Z axis for 30seconds, Fequency with 10-55 HZ,Range:1.5mm,If the module is without being broken or destroy, the electrical property isok.
3)      Heating test: put the sensor in constanttemperaure 55℃ and humidity 3%RH for 1000 hours,acurrancy:±5%RH.
4)      High himidity: put the sensor in temperature 40 ℃and humidity 95% for 1000 hours, acurrancy: ±5%RH
5)      Temperaure test circurely: 300 timescircuration. Put in -10 ℃ for 1 hour per circuration; then upto 55 ℃and put for 1 hour; then continue another one circuration. acurrancy:±5%RH/±0.5℃.

Remarks:
1)      All datas are based on the temperature andhumidity changing range: with 80%RH
2)      After each test, the module shoule be put innormal evironmental temperature and humidity for 24 hours and then continueanother test.

7.Remarks
1)Should not connect DC to sensitive compotentdirectly.
2)Shouldnot put compotent in conderastion and dry environment and below for long time.
A. Salt-fog B, acidic or oxidizing gases, such as sulfur dioxide, hydrochloricacid, etc.
3)Becausesensitive capacitance is PF,humicap capacity should not be welded off PCB andthen down-lead welded. Or it will lead to humidity value shift
