Self-heatingeffect: Pt resistance allows the max current 5m A, ,by which temperature generated is less than 0.3℃。
Heating responding time: When the temperature start to step change, the RTDoutput change is equal with 50% of this step change, of which the item iscalled responding time as t0.5
