KHT series aretemperature and humidity sensor which adopts advanced and importedmacromolecule humicap as humidity measuring component and Pt resistance as temperaturesensitive compotent. The controller can change environmental temperature andhumidity to standard current and voltage corresponding. The features of sensorare small volume, light weight, high-precision measuring, prompt response speedand long time stability. Environment: normal temperature25℃, without strong electromagnetic interference

        Test Ways
Humidity: when put the sensor in 0%RH humidity for 30minutes, then in 10%RH for 15 minutes; the test humidity output. Then up to95%RH accordingly, by per10%RH; then reducing to 10%RH; test circurely.Voltage:12VDCor 24 VDC.
Temperature: 0-50℃ orincreasing or reducing temperature equally, by 5℃.Power voltage: 12VDC or 24VDC.

 5. ReliabilityTest

1)Impact test: make the sensor fall free form one meter heightto hard wood flooring three times. If the sensor is without be broken ordestroy, the electrical property is ok.
2)Vibrating test: vibrating in X-Y-Z axis for 30 seconds, Frequencywith 10-55 HZ, Range: 1.5mm, if the sensor is without being broken or destroy,the electrical property is ok.
3Heating test: put the sensor in constant temperature 55℃ and humidity 3%RH for 1000 hours, accuracy:±3%RH
4)High humidity: put the sensor in temperature 40 ℃ and humidity 95% for 1000 hours, accuracy:±3%RH
5)Temperature test circurely: 300 times circulation. Put in -10 ℃ for 1 hour per circulation; then up to 55 ℃ and put for 1 hour; then continue another one circulation.accuracy:±3%RH/±0.5℃.

Remarks:

1)All data are based on the temperature and humidity changingrange: with 80%RH
2)After each test, the sensor should be put in normal environmentaltemperature and humidity for 24 hours and then continue another test.
