Product Description

Cylinder drier is a kind of rotating continuous drying equipment with internal heating conducting-style. Certain thickness of material film there to the lower trough of material under the rotating cylinder. Heat is transferred to the internal wall of the cylinder through pipes and misfired again to the external wall and to materials film, to evaporate and damnify moisture in materials film so as to dry materials. Dried hterials are then scraped out by the blade fitted on the surface of the cylinder, fall down to the spiral conveyor under the blade, and are conveyed, lected and packed. It is suitable for drying liquid raw materials or thick liquid in chemical industry, dyestuff industry, pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff stry, metallurgy industry and so on.

The dryer cylinder in contact with the material is made of high grade cast iron subject to ground finishing, with characteristics of anticorrosion and free pollution. This machine adopts conductive heating, theres no heat loss taken by the drying medium, so it is high heat utilization and low energy consumption, usually above 70%. It is also characterized by compact structure, less room taking and convenient cooperation and maintenance, etc. This machine is made by combining with the advantages of the Germany sample machine and in light of the actual situation in China, advanced operational performance is achieved.

The factors that influence the performance of the machine are as follow:
(1)Steam pressure(0.1-0.4Mpa)or the temperature of the heating medium
(2)Rotating speed(410r/min)
(3)The thickness of the film(that is the thickness of the material attaching on the surface of the dryer cylinder)
(4)The characteristic of the material(such as the content, fluid and temperature of the solid matter)
