Main features:

JCN low-noise cage type control valve is a pressure balanced multistage actuated valve, mainly designed for (steam, air, natural gas etc) compressed fluids for noise reduction. in order to meet the gas "throttling" "proliferation and expansion, "there are a number of symmetrical holes on the sleeve, it can greatly reduce noise generated by the pressure differential of gas or steam, meanwhile, also can effectively prevent the liquid happening cavitation phenomenon.it is an anti-cavitation and low noise economic valve .The valve spool equipped with two metal seal ring, leakage grade is Ⅲ.

JMCN low-noise control valve has same structure with JCN low-noise control valve. they are interchangeable just replace the valve core and sealing ring. JMCN low-noise control valve spool cage equipped with high-performance sealing ring, effectively raising the level of leakage, leakage grade id Ⅳ.

Control valve equipped with muti-spring pneumatic films implementing structure, compact structure, powerful output power , suitable for occasions that requiring good dynamic stability, low noise, high reliability, high and low temperature and high pressure differential.
