Detailed Products Description: JMT、JDT 3-way actuated valve

Specifications: 

1. Nominal diameter: DN(mm) 25、40、50、65、80、100、125、150、200、250、300

2. Nominal pressure: ANSI 150、300、600 Lb；JIS 10、20、30、40 K；PN1.6、2.5

3. Product material: WCB / SCPH2，WC6/ SCPH21，WC9/ SCPH32，C5/ SCPH61 

4. Product Standard Design according to the provisions of ANSI B16.5；JIS B2201；HG20596（or GB9113-2000）

Main features:

1. 3-way valves used for regulating the occasion of interconnected three way channels, there are two kinds of patterns: collecting and dividing. dividing three-way valve is to divide one-way fluid into two-way flow fluid; collecting three-way valve is to merge two-way flow of fluid into one way

2. When DN and the pressure is small, collecting valve can be used to divert occasions, but the nominal diameter bigger than 80mm and pressure diversion occasions is biggish, can only use the dividing valve.

3. Control valve equipped with multi pneumatic spring film implementing structure,compact structure, big output power.

1) Function way: gas close type (active implementing agency); gas-open type (reaction implementing agency)

3) Valve seat spillage: Metal valve seat: Tally FCI 70-2-1998（ASME B16.104） and GB4213-1992 gradeⅣ，smaller than fixed Cv’s 0.01%（≤DN150）

4) Tally FCI 70-2-1998（ASME B16.104）and GB4213-1992 grade Ⅲ，smaller than fixed Cv’s 0.1%（＞DN150）

5) Returning Difference: 3% smaller than the full travel（without locator), 1% smaller than the full travel（with locator）

6) Line Nature: ±5% smaller than the full travel（without locator）, ±1% smaller than the full travel（with locator）
