The rowing alone is enough to give you a great upper body workout, and the low pulley allows for seated or upright row. Together with the pec dec, lat pull down bar and leg extension/curl system this machine offers great all round facilities. This home gym includes a wire mesh cage around the weight stack. This allows the gym to be used even when children and animals are around, when other gyms would be a safety hazard.

There is great strength in it's tubular steel. The finish is chip resistant, the pec dec arms and leg curl/extension system are extra padded for comfort, the deep padded seat is covered with durable vinyl.
