Pre-impregnated, twisted cotton yarn, intensively re-impregnated during braided, An economical packing for stated limits of application.
The colorless impregnation prevents any discolouration of the product. The packing is therefore mainly used with clean media.
Due to its sea-water-resistant impregnation, the packing can be also be used for sealing stern tubes and rudder posts.
It can be used in water, sewage water, sea water, salt solution. Special versions 231 Cotton packing with grease/graphite impregnation. Resistant to water. Application figures per as 230.
