HC offers at least one year warranty time for a new winch, all parts are included except cable/rope.

When failure happens, please contact the seller/distributor where you buy from, to claim for repair parts.

Users are supposed to read and understand manual book and warning before using winch. The warranty service does not cover the failure caused by incorrect use, winch modification, damage result from abuse or accident, or exceed the quality warranty time.
