HC-667 Last Moulding Machine with Wipers
Purpose: last moulding machine by cold with heel margin flanging device, general last moulding.
Features:
1.It has the flanging wipers, last moulding by cold with heel margin flanging material. Wipers have selective switch, and can be turned off if not required.
2.The sloping last can be operated by the operator. Adjustable clippers help to cause the fastening of the shoes uppers and last model to be accurate. Suitable for all materials esp. for the thermoplastic material.
3.The liner, in-fill and upper are bonded closely, ensuring no wrinkle, deformation and bubble.
4.The thermal last and thermal mold can be heated, and the temperature can be adjusted freely by itself. The cold last and mold can be custom-made to achieve the most accurate moulding effect.
5.The cold last mold is equipped with spot light to get the accurate position of the station.
