FMQF series fully automatic high speed laminator with pile reversing system and auto delivery

 Suggested for when paperboards will be warping after lamination!

Feature

1) New generation of single sheet flute laminating equipment with high automation, which is suitable for high speed lamination between corrugated paper and cardboard.

2) Designed for continuous production from sheet feeding to laminating, compressing and finally delivering to non-stop automatic down stacker. Max production speed can reach 9000sheets/h.

3) With accurate laminating and reliable performance, it is competent for large volume and high quality production.

4) Flexibility for various paper types can satisfy different industry needs.

5) Automatic in-line pipe reversing system.

Performance

1. Top sheet feeder

●Adopting high speed automatic feeder. Max. performance can reach 12000 time/hour.  

●With pneumatic side register, top paper can be transported to laminating unit more accurately.

● Equipped with pre-loading system.

● Side-loading can be optional.

2. Bottom sheet feeder

● Vacuum suction feeding. Imported high quality suction belt provides stabilized feeding performance.

● Sheet range: Single face flute A, B, C, E,F and double face flute.

● With Optional Servo driving system, max. feeding speed can reach 9000 sheet/hour.

3. Gluing & Laminating unit

● Chromed gluing roller can save glue consumption.

● Automatic glue supplying according to glue level between rollers. Avoid glue overflow. Automatic warning for glue shortage

●Elastic front register can avoid bottom sheet from exceeding. Positioning of top and bottom sheet can be optimized for high precise lamination.

4. Compression unit

● Adjustable floating compression unit. Durable high quality compression belt.

● Compressing speed is variable with inverter for different paper and glue. 

5. Pile reversing System

● Automatically reverse piles of paper and then deliver to down stacker without stop.

●It can minimize the problem of paper curve after lamination, saving the labor cost for restacking. Rapidly improve the production quality and efficiency.

6. Non-stop automatic down stacker

● Non-stop paper delivery for continuous production without shut down of paper download.

● Full automatic process with simple operation.

7. Operation

● Integrated touch screen control with friendly interface.  

● With its ease of use, operator can easily control the whole production process.
