MZ-Q series automatic die cutting &creasing with stripping machine

             Usage: die cutting for thin paperboards (cardboard: 90-2000gsm, flute board: thickness less than 4mm).

a.       Feeding section

The high speed feeder is made of lightweight aluminum alloy with anode treatment on the surface. The forward, backward, high and low positions can be adjusted according to the stock for smooth feeding of thin paper. Large gram cardboard and Corrugated paper etc. top speed can reach at 7500s/h , die cutting precision is within ± 0.07mm

b. Feeding table

Slanting paper –running table is more suitable for feeding and orienting of the high  speed thin paper, be equipped with bi-function orienting device, the side guides can be changed from push to pull by the simple adjustment of one screw.

c. Die cutting section

Pneumatic push button die chase locking mechanism to ensure safe and operator friendly changing of the die , complete lost control throughout the entire machine.Centerline system compatible to centerline for quick change over and short set up time.

d. Stripping section 

Upper and lower stripping tool mounting frame be pulled out for job set up and make ready. The high quality transmission mechanism and cam movement curve provide stripping stability andaccuracy, the pneumatic raising device for upper stripping board creates more internal working space
