Grown in Wu Yi Mountain,Fujian Province,Lapsang Souchong
tea is the ancestor of World Black Tea.Reputed as "Queen of
tea",'apsang Souchong is the Brithish Royal Family' favorite
tea.The material is grow on the altitude 1000-1500 m in northern
Wuyi mountian. The main speciality for it is have pinetree smoky
smell. lapsang souchong Tea leaves is thick and its color is dark
and smooth before processing. Tea leaves is strip and black after
refining. the soup of it is red and smooth, high fragrance,have
outstanding pinetree smoky smell and some Longan taste. It's
appropriate to drink clear tea or drink it with sugar or milk
added. Containing more than 450 organic compounds and over 15
inorganic minerals, bohea lapsang tea is a natural organic drink
which can effectively benefit human health.
To process lapsang souchong tea. Usually use high fire to
fume it 3 hours then use low fire to fume it 8-12hours. In order to
make the remarkable taste of it, there are a step called as
fermented leaf fixation which place the tea leaves 1-1.5kg/time in
the pan at temperature 200c to fry it 2-3minutes. which can destroy
the activity of enzyme, stop fermenting so that keep more tea
ployphenols in order to create the condition that the tea go on
slowly No-enzyme oxidation...
