Prdecision lnner Diameter Seamless Steel Tube used for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders (GB8713-88)
The enterprise follows the national standard or GB3639-2000, and the users plsce orders in accordance with this standard. The outer diameter and inner diameter specifications are up to the requirements specified in GB3639-83 "Cold Drawing or Cold Rolling Precision Seamless Steel Pipe". And the measurement of the inner diameter is precise. This type of tube is widely used for making hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, etc.
The tolerance of the inner diameter measurement of the steel tube is up to the stipulations of GB1801-79 "Tolerance and Dimension Matching to 500mm Hole, Shaft Tolerance Range and Matching".

The product is generally processed with the tolerance being H10. If it is required to supply the product with H8 or H9 tolerance, it has to be clarified in the purchase Contract.
The product is made of C10, C20, C35 or C45 steel, with the chemical compositions up to the requirements specified in GB699-88 "High-quality Carbon Structural Steel Technical Specifications".

According to users' requirements and negotiation between and agreed by both parties, products made of other types of high-grade carbon structural steel or alloy steel can be produced.
Delivery Status:
In terms of the status and mechanics property of the steel tube, the product is generally delivered with cold processing / hard (Y) status as shown in the Table of GB3639-83. If the produced is required to be delivered in cold processing / soft status, negotiation between the both parties must be made and the requirement has to be clarified.
Flexibility (Straightness)
Grade A: 0.3:1000
Grade B: 1.0:1000
Grade C: 1.5:1000
Steel tube of Grade A, Grade B or other grades will not be supplied unless both parties agree after negotiation and the requirement is clarified in the Contract.
The inner surface roughness is up to the stipulations of GB1031-83 " Surface Roughness Parameters and Values".
Its surface rough degree comply with follow table on regulation:
Cool rolling steel tube on common with "e"rank. Deviation permission for common Ra+25%, need other rank steel tube, remark in contract
