Valve Maintenance

1, The valve should be kept dry and ventilated room, both ends of the path must be blocked.

2, Long-term storage of the valve should be checked regularly to remove dirt and oil processing surface coated with rust.

3, After installation, should be regularly checked, the main inspection items:

(1) The sealing surface wear.

(2) The stem and stem nut trapezoidal thread wear.

(3) Failure of the filler is outdated, should be replaced if damaged.

(4) After the overhaul valve assembly, seal performance test should be carried out.
