The timely development of our company and construction units, design units to discuss the final unanimous decision : For valves pipe diameter size used to classify : the use of valve when DN ≤ 400mm, DN> mainly based on the use of butterfly valves, when the classification is 400mm 90% of network maintenance and management work occurs in DN400mm below the small diameter pipe network , thus requiring the pipe network in the valve opening and closing rigor is good. Ten years of actual network management work has proved that time my company's valve selection is correct, for the use and management of valve problems often appear in the valve procurement session , I also put forward the corresponding technical requirements:

1, The valve material requirements

① Body, ductile iron valve plate material should be used.

② Stem material. Valve should be of stainless steel stem (2Cr13), valve stem should be stainless steel inlay package;

③ Nut material. It should be cast brass or aluminum bronze, its hardness and strength are greater than the stem;

④ The sealing surface of the material

A, Ordinary wedge gate valve. Brass ring should be cast brass or cast bronze; B, Soft seal butterfly valve. Sealing surface usually NBR and EPDM rubber, prohibited the use of recycled rubber. Sealing material must meet the requirements of health indicators, and to identify the relevant experimental data aging and abrasion experiments;

⑤ Fill valve shaft. 2, The technical requirements of the transmission gear box
