3 . Prevent high oil temperature

From the maintenance point of view, should pay attention to the following questions:

① keep proper oil level in the tank to allow sufficient oil circulating cooling oil ;

② maintain adequate water cooler , pipe flow ;

④ the viscosity of the oil right choice .

4 . The hydraulic system to enhance the daily and periodic inspection

Some major failure of the hydraulic system , often in advance will be some minor anomalies, through routine maintenance and inspection will be early detection, prevention, and early troubleshooting.

① check before starting the pump , the pump before starting to pay attention to whether the tank filled with oil , fuel tank cap to add to the signs , with a thermometer to measure oil temperature , when the oil temperature is below 10 degrees, the system should be in no-load condition over 20 minutes under running .
