Payment Terms

1. We prefer 30% T/T transfer in advance and then 70% T/T transfer against copy of B/L. We will begin production after we get the 30% advanced payment.

2. Irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable but need to add additional L/C charges.

3. D/P and D/A is not acceptable.

4. We prefer CNF or CIF terms. We will find the shipping agent for you.

Quality Guarantee

1. Freede Co. insist “quality first, customer first, credit standing first”. We supply the high quality product and prefect before-sales and after-sales service. Today employees in Freede Co. try their best to let customers save energy, reduce consume, insure safety.

2. The product guarantee period is one year from the time goods reach to the customers as stipulated in our line. If the products appear quality problem during guarantee period, our company have responsibility to maintain or change the products.

Welcome your sample request, we would like to draw your kind attention regarding our sample policy

1. Kindly email or fax us the Sample Request Form so that we can assist you in better way, understanding your sample demand.

2. Customer have to pay for samples as per Sample Proforma Invoice, We will make discount of sample cost when we receive your order, i.e. sample will become free with your first order.

3. Customer has to pay freight charges for samples

4. Customer has to pay their related customs duty in their own country
