The soft seated butterfly valve is an indispensable metal part for the development of industry. On the contrary, the traditional gate valve has the problem that foreign matters such as stones, wood pieces, cement, iron filings and other debris accumulate in the groove of the valve bottom after water flows through the tube.

Thirdly, the elastic seat seals the Double Eccentric Butterfly Valve bottom of the cast steel gate valve through the flatbed design which is the same as the plumbing machine so that debris can not accumulate easily and fluid can flow freely. Fourthly, the gate plate is sealed internally and externally by adopting rubber, the European leading rubber vulcanization technology allows the gate plate after vulcanization to have ensured precise geometric size, and the rubber is in reliable connection with the cast steel gate plate. The last but not the least, the valve is made through precise casting, the precise geometric size allows the inner part of the valve to be free from any precise process, and the sealing performance of the valve can be ensured.
