The series of twin-mould tire shaping and curing press:

This series machines have vertical lift tilting and sliding two different open and close mould methods. It is consist of four big parts: Mechanism

section, lubricating system, pipeline system and electrical control system.

It is the ideal equipment for manufacturing the radial tire or nylon ply bias tire.

The mechanism section selects supperior materials, adopts the advanced producing techniqe, and has reasonable structure.

So it guarantee the main machine has good mechanical properties, the movement synchronization and alignment, avoiding of "beam drift" in mold opening and

closing, improve the accuracy of repeated movement of whole machine and acquire reliable and stable and atable shaping effect. The lubricating systemand

pipeline system are designed reasonably and canonically.

The control system adopts PLC, which has good reliability, strong function, good repeatablity, advance fault self-diagnoses ablility, etc.

The main components adopt imported components, made by Japan, France, Germany, USA and so on.

It use Table PC made in Taiwan instead of the traditional three-needle recorder to record and regulate the temperature of dome or internal pressure of

bladder, the signal of temperature, pressure sent to PLC through temperature and pressure transmitters.

Notes:

If it works for curing bias tires, the machine will match with post curing inflator.
If it works for curing radial tires, the machine will match with segmented mould controller.
