Application

The B-Type Mechanical Horizontal-Moving Curing Press for OTR and Bias Tires is applicable for curing OTR and bias tires with nitrogen or steam as curing medium.

Introduction

This B-Type Mechanical Horizontal-Moving Curing Press for OTR and Bias Tires is a mechanical type with single cavity, the beam moves vertically and horizontally for tire loading and unloading. The center mechanism is BOM type and curing mould is heated by steam dome. Other features of this type are: single column vertical chuck loader for both loading and unloading device, PCI and green tire holder are available. Curing piping can also be made to order.

This B-Type Mechanical Horizontal-Moving Curing Press for OTR and Bias Tires uses PLC for real-time control, and industrial PC for human-machine operation interface. All parameters can be reset during curing cycle, and real-time data collection/ preservation, alarming, as well as data back dating can also be realized through this system. With Ethernet interface, curing press group-management is available.
