China Industrial Association of Power SourcesChina Industrial Association of Power Sources (CIAPS) was founded in 1989, is the biggest professional battery association in China. It has six branches, including alkaline battery and new type chemical power sources branch, lead acid storage battery branch, lithium battery branch, dry cell branch, solar energy photovoltaic branch, accessory and equipment for battery branch. Now CIAPS has more than 360 members involved in the development, manufacture, sales, or marketing of all kinds of batteries and battery-related materials, equipments, instruments and components, etc.. CIAPS has good relationship with the societies, associations and famous companies in the battery field in the world. CIAPS will continue to promote technical exchange and trade cooperation between China and international battery communities.
China International Battery Fair (CIBF)
CIAPS is the organizer of China International Battery Fair (CIBF) and held the first CIBF in Tianjin in 1992. In the past seventeen years, CIBF has been held eight times, and has become the regular battery event in China. CIBF has had great impact at home and abroad, and has been regarded as a trade place for battery manufacturers and users to exchange ideas on new technology, expand their markets and promote their products and services to customers in the worldwide marketplace. The CIBF is the only registered trademark for battery exhibition and conference in China and is held biennially in China. The CIBF is the preferred meeting venue between battery manufacturers, equipments and instruments suppliers, raw materials suppliers, electronic devices suppliers, environment and recycling specialists and battery users.
