Bulk liquid packaging Flexitank

1.Composition

a. 4 inner layers of PE--0.125mm, food grade

b. 1 outer layer of PP--with Coating, high tensible strength, wearable

c. 3'' Stainless Steel Flange

d. 3'' Butterfly Valve

e. PE Bonnet--food grade

2. LAF's special design for safety:

a. Bonnet (with Patent)--could avoid contamination from any spill of Flexitank while loading or unloading liquids & protect the Vale

b. 3'' Valve--firmly fixed in the stainless Flange to avoid leakage

c. Anti-suction Valve (with Patent)--with 4 anti-suction holes to make liquid flow smoothly when discharging & prevent blocks caused by the inner liner being sucked by the Valve

d. 5 layers of PE/PP--hold liquid inside safely

3. Accessories:

a. Steel Bar--2.4*0.55*0.03m, 5 or 4 pcs/set

b. Corrugated Paper--30m in length, 1 roll/set

c. Cardboard--2.4*1.5*0.02m 1pc/set

4. Asitant Items:

a. Heating pad-- for easy-crystallized liquids, such as, Honey, Palm oil, Animal oil,etc..
