NAME:Organic Fujian White Peony (Baimudan)

This is a very drinkable grade of the well known White tea. Grown in Fujian, China which is the home of this variety. White Peony is also called Baimudan and consistanly tests high in antioxidants. Brew a small palmful of leaves for about two minutes with 180 deg. F. water. If this is too strong use less leaves or steep for a shorter time. Use two times in 4-7 oz. water.
