Operation principle: The type of ground two floor and underground floor can divide to be  up \ middle and below ,ground two floor,underground floor.Ground floor keep one vacancy as exchange of parking space, up and down parking space can move by themself , the middle parking space can move sideways by itself .the middle parking space is flat with ground, can access vehicle directly; when access the up and down vehicle , The corresponding  middle-level parking space move to exchange parking space , make the parking space be move up and down channel, realize the operation of up and down access ,When the parking space move to the floor,it  realize access  vehicle.
