1, HDPE single wall corrugated pipe machine cost too much, our machine price is about half of HDPE single wall corrugated pipe machine. And pipe quality is better than HDPE single wall corrugated pipe machine and our machine can use totally recycled HDPE material.

2, Large diameter HDPE hollow wall winding machine is a little cheap price, but its function, nature and usage is too weak, it should be disappeared in the future years.

The steel reinforced HDPE winding drainage pipe production line is mainly composed of steel reinforced belt extrusion part and pipe forming part. The pipe is made by steel reinforced plastic belt, which are then spirally wound into the shape of pipe. Pipe is featured with stable structure and size, and steel strip is coated by HDPE evenly and smoothly. Steel belt is covered by HDPE, it is corrosion resistance but with high strength
