The tennis courts at Parkersburg City Park were full of players, all trying to help maintain the courts they were playing on.

The 6h annual Mayor's Tennis Tournament took place throughout the weekend.

"This is probably our best-attended year," says Johnny Jurado, President of the City Park Tennis Association. "It is the sixth (tournament), so people are starting to look forward to it, and playing tennis with friends and competitive players."

The entry fees for the tournament go toward maintaining the courts, and nearly 100 people took part in the weekend's activities.
